Our Story

“Adventures In Climbing” inevitably came from our first purchase, the Mobile Rock Climbing Wall in 2007. We are constantly adding the latest and greatest products to our inventory. We now rent over 90 fun and unique products like Inflatables, Eurobungy, Mobile, REAL Axe Throwing, Mechanical Rides and so much more. Each year we grow, traveling through New York State and into Pennsylvania. We love supporting our local businesses and schools right here in Ontario, NY. AIC has worked closely with some big corporations like, Nickelodeon, Buffalo Bills, Post Brand Cereal, Sprout Television Network, Lockheed Martin, Rachael Ray Show, The Today Show and have had our Rock Climbing Wall right on Broadway. Each day is a new adventure for us and we love what we do!

Let us explain what to expect when you choose to work with us! Whether its just a simple bounce house or a huge festival with a bunch of products, we will always come to you. Our hand picked staff are trained specifically to come set up and staff each product at your event. If you have volunteers, we always welcome them to help us with set up, staffing and break down! Being a family owned business, we pride our company on our customer service! President, Jim Porcelli Jr, along with the rest of the staff work hard to provide an amazing experience for your event. After each event, we love to get feedback about how the event went, how our employees performed and if there is anything we can do differently for your next event. One of the most important things about us is that we are fully insured and we continue to build a flawless reputation in safety, reliability and professionalism.

Remembering Jim
Jim Porcelli Jr

Jim started AIC in 2007 with the Mobile Rock Climbing Wall and has grown the company to over 150 rental items! Jim Porcelli will forever be remembered as a light in this world, an intelligent man with love and care for everyone. He truly put his heart and soul into this business. He loved to work and not only meet all of his customers, but build meaningful relationships with them. Jim cared for his employees and made sure they were taken care of when he heard they were in need. He was a wonderful person all around and we will all remember him in this way. His wife, daughters, and son will do their best to carry on the legacy of him through Adventures In Climbing. We love you so much Dad.

Andrea Porcelli

Andrea has been working for AIC since 2007. She started out harnessing kids on our first Rock Wall. Today you will find her managing the office running the “day to day” operations and updating our social media on a consistent basis, and organizing the operations out in the field. She handles a bit of everything with a smile on her face!

Tom Bell

Tom is the owner of our Sister company Anchor Tents and Party Rentals. Together we are covering all rental needs. In between setting up tents, tables, and chairs, Tom is going out, meeting our clients making sure all jobs are executed to the clients highest expectation. Always insuring that your needs for tents and tables are met, Tom works to make it happen in a professional, timely manor.


You will find Giddy between jobs, setting up, breaking down, and running our events! He is truly the definition of a “people person”. He is one of our most outgoing crew members and a great friend to all of us! Giddy has a flare for interacting with all customers, and ensures every event runs smoothly. Another great member of our team that we value.

Tiffany Lynch

You may run into her this season in the office, where she manages our RV rental program with Cruise America. She directs all aspects of our CA fleet of 12 RV’s including scheduling, departures, arrivals, maintenance and the occasional damage! Or you may see her at college events , festivals, day camps, or corporate events where Tiffany helps the team on set up and staffing for our attractions. Tiffany loves meeting with our awesome clients and making sure the event is staffed professionally. Tiffany is dedicated to the job, and when we send her out we know it will be a job well done.
Our hand picked staff are always fun, hardworking and outgoing people. Our staff includes a variety of people including high school and college students, and even our staff that left us for college, got a job and still come back on weekends to work!! All of our employees go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great experience. Our staff has great customer service skills which sets us apart from others in our industry. Each summer, we repeatedly welcome back our college and high school employees!! This is a unique, and fun summer job and we welcome anyone to join us! Nate Currier

Nate has been with AIC for over 4 years. He is currently going to Monroe Community College and working for us! He loves to watch and play football so when it comes to loading trucks, setting up inflatables and breaking them down, Nate is our go-to guy! He always seems to make the jobs more interesting but knows how to execute them perfectly!

Our newest member to AIC, Sarah started in 2020 delivering inflatables and running events. You may run into her this season at one of our college events, festivals, day camps, or corporate events where Sarah directs the team on set up and staffing for our attractions. Sarah loves meeting with our awesome clients in order to help them plan their next event, she always loves meeting new people!
