Deposit & Payment A 25% deposit is required to reserve our products for a specific date and time. Our products are rented out on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved without a deposit received and a signed agreement. The remaining 75% payment is due the day of the event upon completion of agreed upon time. Cancellation Policy If you or someone representing you or your company or committee cancel your event or cancel our agreement for any reason other than weather or weather related factors within 60 days of our agreed upon date, you will forfeit the 25% deposit reserved for that date. Weather Policy Adventures In Climbing, LLC realizes that outdoor events, parties, festivals, etc. are dependent upon decent weather conditions. If we decide to cancel your event due to inclement weather (rain, high winds, snow, ice), we will notify you as quickly as possible. If poor weather persists we will attempt to contact you and give you the option to cancel. Our decision will be based on various weather reports that are available at the time. If there is not an indoor alternative we will refund you the deposit paid providing it is not less than 2 hours before the event. Once we arrive at your event and poor weather conditions persist (determined by Adventures In Climbing, LLC) and we are unable to set up, you will forfeit your deposit. If weather turns inclement during your event, Adventures In Climbing, LLC will determine if it is safe to continue operation of our rides and games. We will prorate the fee for the time of the event starting at 50% at arrival time. Note: Our Rock Climbing Wall can be climbed safely in snow or Rain (not heavy rain). Event and Rain Insurance We can provide you with Event and Rain Insurance for your event. Contact us for more information. Electrical Requirements Power is required for most of our products. Our inflatable’s require to be within 100’ of a designated 20amp circuit. We use 12 gauge extension cords and will not exceed 100’ in distance as it reduces the current going to the blower and can potentially damage the blower. Please check to be sure that multiple outlets in an area are not on the same circuit. Click on the “specifications” button next to each product to see the electrical requirement. Any downtime due to inadequate or no power will not be refunded. If you do not have power for your event you can make arrangements to rent one or more of our generators. A reservation should be made in advance as we do not travel with them on the day of the event. Event Location We prefer to be on the lawn, if this is not possible please inform us in advance so we can bring tarps to put under our inflatable’s and trampoline’s. The premises must be free of debris (glass, garbage, sticks, rocks, etc.). Overhead obstructions must be taken into consideration as well. We must be out of the way of trees and at least 30’ away from power lines. We stake down all of our inflatables. Our stakes are put in the ground anywhere from 6” to 20” depending on the inflatable and size stakes we use. If there is any underground obstructions under 36” please inform us and we will make arrangements to provide sand bags to weigh down the inflatable. Please inform us if we cannot unload at the set up location or of stairs, steep inclines, steep declines, doorways or long distances between unloading area and set up area. Public Locations We provide our products at many local parks, community centers, recreation centers, fireman’s fields, etc. Some parks, towns or organizations may require you to have a permit to have an inflatable or other ride on their property. We would happy to assist you with providing information or insurance coverage’s at your request. Insurance Adventures In Climbing, LLC carries a general liability insurance policy. At your request we can provide you with a certificate of insurance and name you as additional insured for the day of the event. This does not apply for drop off rentals where a liability waiver is signed. |
